Lauren is a songstress armed with melancholic piano-driven melodies, propelled by her formidable lyrical ability, all delivered with an overwhelming honesty, somethingrarely found in an artist so young.

Lauren Aquilina self-released her debut EP titled ‘Fools’ in October last year, which peaked at number 8 in the main UK iTunes album chart, all without a record label, financing, or any radio support. Lauren believes strongly in the concept of learning her craft through hard work and allowing her music to draw influence from her journey.

2013 is set to be an exciting one for the teenager who is balancing finishing her A-Levels with a career as one of the most exciting new prospects set to make an impact in the year ahead. Lauren Aquilina will make her first festival appearance at Barn On The Farm Festival before setting out on her eight date headline tour in the autumn.
