Teaser for New Maxsta Track – I Wanna Rock

We were sent a teaser video from Maxsta‘s PR peeps.  Normally we don’t cover these things, but you know what, we thought why not.  We can’t really do a review of the track as it is mainly just an intro, so we don’t get to witness whether Maxsta has the skills to make the big time.

What we can say, is the production in the teaser feels tight.  It utilises the main hook in the classic Run DMC track ‘I Wanna Rock’ which I now can’t get out of my head.  So as long as Maxsta can put lyrics down on this backing to a level anywhere near the Kings, then we should have a good track on our hands.

Maxsta, signifies the latest step in Jamal Edwards career as a bit of a golden boy.  Maxsta is the first artist to release through sbtv founders Just Jam label.

Anyway, as we said this isn’t a review, purely because there isn’t enough to judge it on, but have a look and see what you think.
